Through strategic growth and hiring key personnel, Weinstein's company expanded rapidly, offering repair and maintenance services, and eventually capital construction projects in multifamily properties.

His approach to sales was ambitious, targeting large property management companies and building relationships with key decision-makers at regional and corporate levels. Weinstein emphasizes the importance of building trust and maintaining relationships in the industry, which has contributed to his company's success.

Following the acquisition of his company by private equity firm, Weinstein now serves as Sales Director for Florida, while also providing guidance and support to other branches across the country. His role involves not only closing deals but also sharing his expertise and facilitating growth within the larger organization.
